TURKEY IN TORTA, THANKSGIVING, AND SOCCER: Three classic loncherías in the city. / PAVO EN TORTA, DÍA DE GRACIAS Y FÚTBOL: Tres loncherías clásicas de la ciudad.
ATOLE CAMPECHANO
Before concluding my brief walk along the Camino Real Campechano —and reproducing the Pomuch bread recipes that I promised last week— I want to take a brief World Cup break because Mexico is playing today and I think it is fair (and, whoever is free from guilt, can cast the first stone —as Jesus would say).
