I love Mexico City, not just the good parts, also the sad, incomprehensible, and frightening sides of its personality. I can’t help but wonder though, how it would be like if instead of historically fitting it to accommodate our needs as they present themselves (with our characteristic six-year political vision), we would have adapted more intelligently…
